If you are an existing customer the first time you want to place an order you can enter your client code and your email address. The website will immediately email you a password. You can then use this along with your client code to enter the site and view your contact details.
The next time you enter you can just type your client code and password and go straight in.
If you forget your password just enter your client code and email address and the website will email you another one.
If you are a new customer the first time you visit Pleroma Christian Supplies online and want to order product, we create your Customer Account. You enter your personal information (name, address, phone, etc.) only once and then every time you return to the site to make a purchase, all you have to do is enter your client code and password. We retrieve all your personal information from our database.
For safety reasons, you must enter credit card information each time you visit.
It is not necessary to have a User account to view any of the web pages on the Christian Supplies site or to place books into your shopping cart.

Bookmarking is simple. Just follow these instructions:
Internet Explorer users: Click on Favorites and then click on Add to Favorites.
Mozilla Firefox users: Click on Bookmarks and then click on Add Bookmarks.
If you already know the title of the book or product you want simply type the title, ISBN, item code, author or keyword into the quick search box and then click on Search.
If you have no specific book or author in mind and you just want to browse through our extensive database, then use the browse tab to browse by catagory. If you cannot find an item you are looking for please phone us on freephone 0508 988 988 as many of our stock items are yet to be photographed and added to the website and new stock arrives often.
Your Client Code and Password are the keys to your Customer Account; they must be entered before any information can be accessed. You will need to create your account before you are able to add items to your cart and Check Out.
To create an account click on the create an account button on the left of your screen.
We have made every effort to make buying product from our website as simple as possible. Use the search facility to look up a book and once you have found a product you want to look at more closely, click on the 'more info' button and you will be taken to a page devoted to that title. To place your order, Click on "Add to Cart" on either page.
Once you have placed the item in your basket, you can choose "Continue Shopping" or you click on "confirm" and you will be taken to "checkout".
When you click on "Shopping Cart", you are taken to your shopping basket. Here you can review your purchases and if necessary, make changes to your order. If you decide you don't want to buy a particular title and want to take an item out of your shopping basket, Click in the - action button to reduce the quantity to nil or put a 0 in the quantity box. If you want to change the number of copies you want to buy of a particular title, highlight the number in the "Quantity" box by left-clicking on your mouse, type in the number of copies you now require, and press enter.
When you are happy with your order and are ready to purchase your items, Click on the "Check Out" button.
If you are a returning customer, enter your Client code and Password, and Click on "Log In". Check that your personal details are correct. If you need to change anything, simply update the information found under the My Account section.
In the event that you wish to return an item it is essential that you email us on returns@pleroma.org.nz for a returns authorisation. Goods returned without this authorisation code are unable to be credited.
When you receive your code please return the item/s with a copy of the receipt that was included with the goods.
Items accepted for return must be carefully packaged and must reach us in as new condition. Please note that Audio, Video and Poster product are non-returnable.
To achieve a full refund returned items must be in as new condition.
For your protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post (courier).

Shipping and handling expenses are not subject to refund unless the book was damaged or we shipped you the wrong product.
All returns, including any credits applied for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in the purchase. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days.
Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your bank to post the credit to your statement.

Whilst we are making every attempt to have all items we stock viewable online, with over 26,000 items this is an ongoing process. If you can't find what you are looking for please contact uson our freephone 0508 988 988 and one of our customer service staff will be happy to assist.
As our list of stock is extensive, not all items are carried in stock at all times and some may not be immediately available. We will advise you by email to seek your instructions if delivery will be more than ten working days.
We aim to please and most items are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please allow 1 - 10 working days for order delivery (depending on stock availability). If we are unable to supply your item within 10 working days we will contact you via email to get your instructions. If you have a specific timeframe please add notes about this to your comment box on the order form and we will do our very best to oblige.
Delivery charges are available for viewing on the left-hand side of the homepage and also display in the checkout process.
All books are shipped from our warehouse located in Central Hawke's Bay. Books are shipped via Courier Post or Fastway Couriers. Books imported from overseas come via air or sea freight depending on timeframe.
Prices are set at the recommended publishers price in most instances. In some cases they will be cheaper where we are running promotions with specific titles. Imported books are priced depending on the exchange rate at the time of our purchase and include the cost of importation. Please note that the price of imported books bought in-store may vary slightly from the internet price due to currency variations between times of purchase. All orders are subject to price and availability confirmation. If prices change, we will contact you prior to charging your credit card and the finalisation of your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped from our warehouse.
At Pleroma Christian Supplies we recycle every possible element of packaging and do not use any unnecessary specially made materials. We do however package items with great care. Should the product be damaged in transit we will of course replace it and absorb any additional freight costs. See our returns policy above for more information regarding this.
We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards are handled by our secure server and charged the business day the order is processed ready to be shipped.
